ZAVI, which relies heavily on Shopify for managing its eCommerce store, needed a comprehensive post-purchase experience platform that would enable the ease of management of product orders and returns, simultaneously.
Without a centralized location to track both orders and returns, ZAVI was experiencing difficulties in automating the return process that would instantly return the product to the appropriate warehouse it was shipped from upon purchase via Shopify.
In Phase 1, to bridge the gap between Shopify and tracking shipping and return, WeSupply first analyzed ZAVI’s existing post-purchase customer journey. This helped us identify the key areas where improvement was needed, then create a plan to address these areas and implemented it successfully.
As a result, ZAVI’s customers were able to effortlessly track their shipping and easily initiate returns in minutes, making sure all processes work properly. This not only made the process more efficient but also saved hours for both ZAVI and its customers.
During Phase 2, as part of our engagement with ZAVI, we enabled them to implement certain features to improve their Returns Management process and provide customers with more options in terms of returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Automated return logics & return label generation helped streamline the returns process, and returning products to multiple warehouses enabled ZAVI to relocate products more easily, avoiding additional costs and cutting down warehouse processing time.
Moreover, the Branded Tracking Page allows ZAVI to create a consistent, branded customer experience, whereas the Split Ship View functionality enables them to keep track of all their orders more efficiently. After all, having full visibility of order data makes a difference, and information controls the ability to improve, hence the ~20% increase in workload capacity.
Lastly, sending out proactive email notifications enables timely communication that ultimately led to building trust-based and long-lasting customer relationships.
